Will my EBike come fully assembled?Midwest EBikes are 85% assembled. Assembly is not complicated, just need to install the front wheel and handlebars.

What if I have problems with my EBike? Does it have a warranty?All our EBikes are covered by a 1 year manufactures warranty. If you are experiencing a problem within that 1 year manufactures warranty, email us and we do our best to take care of the issue.

How long will my EBike take to ship?Normally, your bike will be shipped within 5 business days (processing time), excluding weekends. The delivery will be around 3-4 weeks from time of purchase. If it is delayed, we will reach out to notify you. Please remember that we rely on third-party couriers, so the delivery date/time is not within our control.

What is the delivery method of the EBike?Delivered by trucking. It usually takes 2 days to reserve a truck.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?Currently, we only offer free ship to the lower 48 states. If you need to ship to Alaska and Hawaii, there is an additional shipping charge.

Will the charger work in my country and come with the right plug?Our charges are rated 110V - 240V so they work everywhere. We make an effort to ship every scooter with the correct plug for the country it gets delivered to.

How do I clean my EBike?You can keep your scooter sparkly clean! We recommend using a damp cloth to wipe down your product, we’ve found that using a dry scrub brush gets the job done nicely. Do not immerse or soak in water.

How well does my EBike work in the rain?Midwest Ebikes is confident that the scooter will be waterproof, whether it rains or hoses down. However, if you got caught up in the rain on your way home, the e-scooter is water-resist and will still function well. Just remember not to soak the scooter in water, wipe the water away and keep it dry once you are indoors to ensure adequate product life. Moisture doesn't mix well with electronics and batteries.
